We are a Cyprus‑based family office focused on long‑term investments in digital infrastructure, with a particular emphasis on data centre development in the Nordic region. Leveraging the area’s abundant renewable energy, stable regulatory environment, and naturally cool climate, we support projects designed for exceptional efficiency and sustainability.
A core part of our strategy is advancing cascading heat‑reuse solutions, ensuring surplus heat from data centre operations is captured and repurposed for local industry, district heating, and other beneficial community applications.
